The last cut
before the
Atlantic
Walk to the very bottom of Britain and you'll find a small barbershop in an old village square. This is it.

Britain's most
southerly chair
The Lizard isn't on the way to anywhere — it's the end of the line. Past the hedgerows and the coast path, the land simply runs out into the sea. We're the last barbershop standing before it does.
It's a badge we wear with pride: no one in mainland Britain cuts hair further south than we do.
The Tuck Shop
The barber
A small shop,
done properly
The most southerly barbershop on the UK mainland — a small, industrial-style barbershop in The Lizard, Cornwall. I look forward to meeting you very soon.
The Tuck Shop is exactly what it sounds like: small, honest and full of character. Bare brick, good tools, no fuss — just a proper barber's chair and the time to do the job right.
Whether you're local or you've wandered down to the lighthouse for the day, you'll get the same welcome and the same sharp finish.
In the chair
What to expect
An honest cut
Skin fades, scissor cuts, beard work and the classics — done with care, not in a hurry.
A proper welcome
A small shop with a big character. Locals, walkers and first-timers all get the same chair-side chat.
